Michigan State University Federal Credit Union’s (MSUFCU) Esteemed Board Members Retire and Welcome Elected Members MSU Federal Credit Union’s board of directors congratulated new retirees Nancy Craig, Treasurer, and Ralph Hepp, Ph.D., Director, and welcomed Susan Carter, J.D., and Cheryl Speier, Ph.D., this spring. Craig served MSUFCU’s volunteer board of directors for 31 years and Hepp served for 24 years. Carter is a professor of journalism, communication and law in the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at MSU. She has previously served as a secretary of the board of trustees and a special consultant and executive assistant to the president at MSU. Carter was inducted into the Michigan Journalism Hall of Fame in 2007. Speier is a professor of information systems and the former Associate Dean for MBA and MS Programs at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at MSU. The National Science Foundation and the Department of Homeland Security have recognized her research teams with funding, and she is also a Senior Editor, and occasional writer, for Decision Sciences, Associate Editor at MIS Quarterly, and IEEE journals.
