Recipe of the Month: Beef Marinade

From the kitchen of Barbara Hranilovich, Lansing Ingredients
  • Use for 2-3 pound whole (or cubed and skewered) chuck steak
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 3/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1/2 C. lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 C. yellow mustard
  • 2 t salt
  • 1/2 t ground pepper
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  Directions
  • Grill chuck steak
  • Mix all ingredients
  • Pour over meat to cover
  • Let chill at least four hours
