Campfire Moscow Mule

The end of summer is in full swing, and as the kids get ready with back to school shopping, soon we will be lost in the new school year. Before summer comes to a roaring halt, take some time around the campfire with friends and family.

While the kids are making a perfect s’more have a little bonfire fun with the adults. Cozy up with a refreshing cocktail around the fire and try a spin on the classic Moscow Mule, create a Campfire Mule!

It is just a few easy steps you’ll have an adult treat that will bring out the kid in you!

2 oz. Brulee Liqueur

.5 oz. vodka

.25 oz. lime-juice

5 oz. ginger beer

Tip: Use Baileys Irish Cream in place of the Brulee liqueur if you have that on hand. You can also alter the cocktail by using marshmallow-flavored vodka (Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow) for an extra kick!

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice
  2. Combine the everything except the marshmallows into the mug
  3. Toast marshmallows to your preference (as is, lightly toasted, or crispy burnt!)
  4. Stick marshmallows onto a garnish pick and serve

Cheers to summer and fall campfires!
