Farmers Market Finds


August is the prime time for farmers markets and it seems that everybody has the bug to get out and shop – and why not? They’re great! Typically people just think about the fresh farm stand fruits and vegetables, but what other food and non-food items are making an appearance? We visited some local farmers markets in the greater Lansing area like the Meridian Township farmers market and the farmers market at the Capitol, and here are some fun and unique finds that will have you coming back for more:
